Dr. Gerard Macy, DDS
Raised in Edgewood, Texas, Dr. Gerard Macy brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Magnolia Dental. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of North Texas in Denton. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry. Further, Dr. Macy graduated with honors and made the Dean’s List for all eight years at both institutions. He also received the Operative and Pediatric Dentistry award during dental school.
Dr. Macy is committed to lifelong learning and is a proud scholar of the Dawson Dental Academy. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, strength training, and his reef aquariums. He and his wife, Lisa, have three wonderful daughters: Jillian, Isabella, and Sophia.
Dr. Carmen Blunt, DDS
Dr. Carmen Blunt graduated with a biology degree from Hampton University and earned her Doctorate in Dentistry from Meharry Medical College. She excels in creating aesthetic smile transformations and is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and pain-free during treatment. Dr. Blunt’s commitment to patient satisfaction is evident in her pursuit of the latest advances in general and cosmetic dentistry.
In her free time, Dr. Blunt enjoys community service, traveling, outdoor activities, and fitness. She loves spending time with her husband and two boys, embracing every opportunity to create lifelong memories.
A proud Aggie, Dr. Odelia Kim completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Texas A&M University. She then earned her Doctorate at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Dr. Kim is passionate about patient care and continuously invests in her education to provide the best possible treatment.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kim is active in her church community and enjoys giving back. She loves spending time with friends and family, whether it’s over a good meal, volunteering together, playing board games, or rock-climbing.
